There are four main views within WKO+: - Athlete Home

Athlete Home Page. This is your Home page, where you can use
the default charts that come with CyclingPeaks or create your own. This
page will let show you how you are progressing over the last 28 days and help
you to further assess your fitness level. Every time you open an
athlete, this chart is created and updated. |

| Calendar: This is the view of your graphs, in
calendar style. Here you can search for any text that you type in the
'Ride Goal' and 'Notes' section. Want to know when you did the XYZ race?
Just type "xyz" in the find box and it finds it automatically! |

Workout Journal: This is the view that shows you
"instant insight" in how this ride fits into your other rides.
Again, highly configurable, and you can either use the default graphs or
create your own! |

| Workout Graph: Here is your actual ride data, in graphical format. Here you can select areas of interest and highlight them, smooth the data, zoom the data, and analyze the finer details of your ride. You have all the tools available here to analyze your ride graphically |
